Into pressure: Workshop for Performance
Equine-Assisted Coaching for High Performers Under Pressure
For leaders who "Seem Fine" - but feel off
You’re functioning. Delivering. Leading.
You’re with family, going to gym sessions, and having a beer after work
But your mind doesn’t stop.
Sleep’s not restful.
Clarity comes and goes.
And quite frankly when the pressure comes on - you’re getting through it - not performing
High achievers keep coping… even when their body and mind says, “enough.”
Why horses?
Horses know pressure.
They can function under it, just like you - but just like you - they lose clarity and connection the longer the pressure builds.
Through ground-based work with horses (no riding, no experience needed), you’ll:
Rewire stress patterns in real-time
Build nervous system awareness and sensitivity
Shift from reactive to responsive
Experience a calm, clear, focused presence you can take home, and drop into any time.
This isn’t a wellness retreat.
It’s not a whiteboard session.
It’s practical, science-based, and deeply embodied.
This is for; Executives, founders, partners, owners, managers and senior leaders
Professionals in high-stakes roles (health, legal, finance, governance, eduction - just to name a few)
High performers who feel flat, foggy, or disconnected
People who "look fine" but know they're not at their best
People dealing with imposter syndrome
Perfectionists and procrastinators alike
What you’ll get:
Learn how to reset your system so calm and ease is your natural state
Understand how to communicate and create results with less energy and effort
Learn how to be ok with who you are without approval from others
See your mindset and the results it’s creating in real time
An ability to let go of trying to control outcomes
Learn how to let go of perfectionism
Develop your presence, confidence
Ready to feel like yourself again?
Space is limited to 5 participants per group
DATE: Saturday 31st May 2025

Conscious Coaches
An Equine-Assisted Coaching Workshop; For Coaches, Counsellors, Facilitators + Psychologists
Deep work for Space Holders…
You spend your days holding space for others,
asking the right questions, attuning to subtle cues, meeting people in their most vulnerable moments.
You know presence.
You know how to listen.
You know what it means to stay grounded in uncertainty.
But when was the last time you were held in that kind of space?
Go deeper into your own ability to let go - for the benefit of those you serve.
This Equine-Assisted Coaching day is designed for practitioners who want to expand their own capacity - not through more theory, or talking, but through direct experience, felt insight, and deep CNS awareness.
Horses don’t respond to words.
They respond to energy, congruence, and presence.
Working on the ground with horses (no riding, no prior experience needed), you’ll receive immediate, embodied feedback on how you lead, relate, and respond and connect - and you’ll experience what shifts when you access true internal coherence.
This workshop is for you if you:
Sense there’s a deeper layer to your practice you haven’t yet accessed
Want to stay resourced and grounded while holding complexity for others
Feel the limits of cognitive processing and want to include more body-based wisdom
Are curious about relational field dynamics and nervous system-informed leadership
Want to grow in your personal development to increase your professional depth
A place to deep dive into the aspects of coaching that fascinate us
An opportunity to develop your existing skill base
Want to practice letting go of what things should look like
What you'll experience:
A calm, grounded environment to explore your own inner patterns
Non-verbal feedback from horses that reflect your internal state in real time
Personal coaching, reflection, and integration
Practical nervous system tools for clarity and resilience
Insight into how you show up - and how that impacts the space you hold for others
What you’ll get:
An ability to drop into your own experience of calm - so others feel at deeply at ease in your presence.
An awareness of how to listen on a much deeper level - beyond the words that are said.
Experience the clarity of your own wisdom, the better you are at doing this, the easier it will be for others around you to do it for themselves
Let go of an agendas you might unconsciously be holding onto and develop even more space for your clients to find their path.
This isn’t another technique to learn.
It’s a chance to meet yourself more fully, so you can lead and serve with greater authenticity, spaciousness, and trust in your own presence.
Bring your challenges and let a horse guide you towards a natural transformation.

Light Touch Leaders
Equine Assisted Coaching Workshop for Leaders.
What if your team could learn the kind of presence, trust, communication and clarity that can’t be taught in a boardroom?
Welcome to the arena. Literally.
Through Equine-Assisted Coaching your team will step into a powerful, experiential learning environment - guided by horses.
(No riding. No experience with horses required).
This is about leadership, relationship, and self-awareness.
Horses are highly attuned to intention, emotion, and body language - exactly the things that shape not only your group culture, but also how your team leads, listens, and collaborates.
Why Horses?
Because horses don’t care about titles or talking points.
They respond to:
Authenticity, clarity, and connection.
Boundaries, communication and presence.
Working with horses creates powerful feedback loops that reveal:
How each person shows up under pressure, and in uncertainty
Unspoken dynamics between teammates
The difference between control and true leadership
The impact of presence, trust, and congruence
It’s not conceptual—it’s felt. And that’s why the lessons stick.
Outcomes…
See what’s really happening in your team…
See who naturally takes the lead, who holds back and how assumptions or communication gaps show up (horses don’t lie).
Where are people being left behind or unheard?
Notice blind spots in real time
Maybe someone always steps in to ‘fix’ things… or a quiet team member has more influence than they realise. These moments become powerful openings for insight and growth.
Practice leadership that sticks
With horses, we’re not just discussing theories, we’re practicing embodied habits; like staying calm under pressure, holding boundaries, giving clear direction, and inspiring trust. This is all tested with a 500kg co-facilitator who gives honest feedback without saying a word.
Deepen your communication.
When we take the words away, and stand with a powerful animal, we’re left with who we are to communicate our intentions, desires, ideas, boundaries and feelings.
And of course we need to listen to what’s being said - even when there are no words spoken.
Make better decisions
Horses are hardwired to seek leadership that feels grounded, congruent, and safe.
That means your decision has to come from presence, even when you’re under pressure.
Build trust and psychological safety
When your team navigates challenges together with a horse, old dynamics shift. People feel more human, more connected, and more able to bring their full selves to work.
Create a shared experience that deepens culture
It’s not just a team day out. It’s a reset. It’s fun, challenging and imprints itself on your memory. It’s a way to reconnect to purpose, each other, and what great collaboration feels like - in a way that Zoom calls and boardrooms never will.
Perfect For…

Women’s Leadership
Wild horses innately trust themselves, they navigate conflict, communication, and boundaries with clarity and honesty, they know how to lead from their inner wisdom.
These skills don’t always come easily to us as humans - and as women it can sometimes be even more challenging to master….
Wild herds are often lead by mares - female horses - and their perspective of leadership is something women often enjoy tapping into and learning from, as the way horses express, and understand leadership, provides a clear pathway that makes sense, and is not only effective, but often missing from the work place.
Women face unique challenges when it comes to leadership, this workshop is designed to support women’s growth, confidence, communication, and help them connect to their own inspired ways of leading themselves and their teams.
This is a full day workshop designed for your leaders to:
Help see themselves clearly and objectively, in away they perhaps haven’t before
Develop and expand their leadership skills beyond what they currently do as leaders
Challenge their own perspectives of what it means to lead their team, and be a good leader.
Learn how to develop curiosity within themselves and their team. Curiosity is the number one tool that engages the human brain, opens communication pathway, naturally facilitates learning and creates new possibilities and growth.
Deepen their communication. Horses teach us how to listen with more awareness and curiosity - and speak with out words
Understand how to deal with conflict in a way that serves the team.
See imposter syndrome, self doubt or compensatory behaviours for what they are, and learn to step into their powerful presence.
This is a fun, and sometimes confronting experience that evokes growth and connection on many different levels. Leadership is something horses know a lot about and they love to remind us what it looks and feels like when it’s done well.
