Why horses?
Horses speak without words, listen with their whole being, and masterfully teach us how to be present and aligned with our true nature.
They remind us of the power of vulnerability, trust and connection.
As humans we often struggle to let go of the illusion of control. We want things to run smoothly, we want results and relationships to be a certain way .
Horses teach us how to let go of the reins, and trust the intelligence of life…How to be curious, listen deeply, trust what we hear and take inspired action in our lives.
I love working with people and horses, out in nature, in real time when all things are possible.

This is my call to you….

Sometimes it can feel difficult to unravel the parts of us that feel so tightly wound.
I’ve found that horses almost always have something lead us towards… Though often they’re leading us back towards ourselves, our inner worlds and alignment, where everything starts.
Typically I find horses won’t truly connect with me - unless I’m connected with myself first. They have all different ways of showing, leading, and reminding us how to realign our lives, so it matches whats calling to us. They show us how to course correct, and shift our internal patterns - which magically shifts the outer results we experience in our lives.
The number of Ah-Ha’s I’ve had standing in a paddock with a horse is ridiculous.

When you come to this programme here’s what we’ll do…
Identify and dissolve the challenges that have kept you stuck
Connect to your true nature, your intuition, insights and personal wisdom
Listen for what’s calling you, name it, and have the courage to move towards it
Create a personalised plan for your life that includes adventure and joy
This programme is a commitment of 4 sessions, with 4 other women, and Kate as your coach, over an 4 week period.

If you’d prefer to come to Equus Coaching privately on a 1:1 basis, or the dates on offer don’t work for you, I completely understand.
You may book private sessions on request, at a time and date that suits your schedule.
These sessions can be tailored specifically to your needs and desired outcomes.
Private sessions run from 2 - 4 hours.
